This English translation is provided for convenience. The German version is the legally binding one.

In short: this website sells nothing, sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools. Personal data is only processed when you open the site (technically necessary) and when you write to me.

2. Visiting the website and hosting

The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you open it, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data: your IP address, date and time, the page requested, your browser and operating system. This serves only to deliver the site and to protect it against attacks.

The legal basis is my legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A data processing agreement with Cloudflare is in place (Art. 28 GDPR). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which ensures an adequate level of data protection for the transfer to the USA (Art. 45 GDPR).

3. Contact form and e-mail

When you write to me through the form or by e-mail, I process your name, your e-mail address and your message in order to answer your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where a possible assignment is concerned, otherwise my legitimate interest in answering requests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Service providers involved, each under a data processing agreement:

• Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) receives the messages from the form and passes them on to Resend without storing them. The transfer to the USA is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR).
• Resend, Inc. (USA) delivers the messages from the form to me by e-mail. The transfer to the USA is based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR).
• Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (Google Workspace) runs my e-mail inbox.

I delete your message as soon as your request has been dealt with. If it leads to an assignment, I keep the correspondence for as long as commercial and tax retention periods require (up to ten years).

4. No cookies, no tracking

This website sets no cookies, stores no profiles and embeds no advertising, analytics or social media services. The fonts are served from the same server as the website, so no data is sent to font providers.

5. Links to other websites

The site links to other websites, for example onepromise-ki.ch. Only when you click such a link does the privacy policy of that provider apply there.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). A short e-mail to info@trofeomedia.de is enough.

You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), for example the one responsible for me: the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia (Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen), Kavalleriestraße 2–4, 40213 Düsseldorf, Germany.
